YOUR HOTEL package offers a modern and eye-catching design that will be generated using Joomla! CMS. This design package is for guesthouses, hotels or resorts to increase their online presence and offer sales as efficiently as possible using their own payment mechanism connected directly to their bank account. For this we use Paypal for our South African clients and for international clients we use Stripe to facilitate payments.
The YOUR HOTEL package offers you the ability to modify your site to change it into appearance that meets your requirement from a front end login. You will be able to showcase different kinds of rooms for rent with modern facilities on your website. Should you wish to offer more services, including tours, food & drink or spar facilities, we can add these mechanisms to your package easily.
All our designs including YOURHOTEL package offer a fully responsive layout, bringing your clients a great experience when they access or surf your site from any device.

Domains & Hosting
Normal monthly hosting of website email
Business package monthly hosting of multiple database website and high email volume and storage.
This is forpurchasing/renewing .co.za & .org.za domains for you in which you are the registered owner. The price of these remains resonably stable.
Unfortunately international domains like .com and .info are more expensive and the prices fluctuate with the Rand : Dollar exchange rate so we will quote you for any of those before reserving in your name.
Website Development
This is adeposit payable in advance to cover some of the initial development labour costs.
(Full development ± 50 hours of labour = R37,500).
Please do note that there is so much more than just development that goes into creating the perfect web presence for your business but we can't always charge extra for our advanced technical expertise or our many years of business management experience.
(non retainer clients only)
For clients that choose not to continue with the monthly maintenance retainer or clients that default on the monthly maintenance retainer before two years are up. This is the final installment for the website development.
(Full development ± 50 hours of labour).
Monthly Maintenance
This is a monthly maintenance retainer this covers content updates, security updates, minor software version updates. This is capped at 4hours labour and additional work there after is billed at R750 per hour.
Plugin updates will be done as part of the monthly retainer. (note yearly license fee renewals are for clients account)
All additional labour will be first be quoted before being implimented.
Please note that monthly retainers are payable in advance of the month and the first retainer payment will be due imediately at the month end of the first month of website development comensement (The month the deposit is paid)
Addons & Extra Labour
There are many Business Tool Plugins available for Joomla! CMS
Many of these plugins are FREE or have a LITE (limited functionality) version available in which case there is no cost as we will install those as part of our inclusive services, but the best business tool plugins are licensed yearly by the provider which means a yearly renewal fee which we will quote for and invoice the client at purchase and renewal.
These prices can vary between R500 to about R2000 per year or even once off depending on the provider.
Please note purchasing business tool licenses are not inclusive in any of our packages.
This is for any additional labour over and above monthly retainer, like brochure design or advert design.
Please note this will be supplied as an etimate in advance and invoiced directly after work is completed unless other wise aranged in advance.
